Contact support
Email Support@remodel-buddy.com. Include the email address on your account and a short description of the issue. For your security, do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive identity documents.
Account and privacy requests
You can update profile information or request account deletion from Account Settings after signing in. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it.
Billing and marketplace help
For billing questions, include the transaction date and last four digits shown on your receipt. For marketplace orders, include the order number and manufacturer name. Never email complete card or bank details.
